AI is not the answer. The right data is the answer.

You're not dealing with an AI problem. You're dealing with a data problem.

Right now, most Dutch boardrooms are asking the wrong question: "What are we doing with AI?" The real question should be: "Have we connected our data well enough for any AI to be useful?"

As long as your ERP, CRM, finance system, project tools, email, and document storage live in separate islands, AI will remain an expensive autocomplete. It will write nicer emails, summarize meetings, and polish PowerPoints — but it will not answer the questions that actually matter to your business:

• "What’s the status of the Van der Berg order?"
• "Which supplier gave us the best prices last year?"
• "How many open proposals do we have above 100K?"

Not because the models aren’t smart enough, but because they’re blind.
