BEP Expert is a digital colleague per department. You configure one for Sales, HR, Customer Service, Finance or Administration, and it knows that team's way of working, the systems they use and the documents that matter. Not a generic chatbot, but a colleague that takes over work and executes tasks in ERP, CRM and knowledge base.
BEP runs 100% in your own cloud environment. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. We use open-source AI models, so there is no dependency on external AI providers. Fully GDPR-compliant and EU AI Act-ready.
BEP connects with all common business systems: ERP (SAP, Exact, AFAS), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), document management (SharePoint, Google Drive), email (Outlook, Gmail), databases and more. New integrations are continuously added.
The basic setup typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the number of systems to connect and the complexity of your data. After the initial setup, BEP continuously learns and becomes smarter.
A BEP Expert costs €795 per month, including up to 50 users, configuration to role and workflow, monitoring and audit logs. On top of that you choose the connections you need: €49 for standard (Drive, Slack, Notion), €149 for business (HubSpot, M365) and €395 for enterprise (AFAS, SAP, Exact). Connections are shared across all Experts.

ChatGPT is strong on general questions for individual employees, but doesn't know your business information, processes or policy. A BEP Expert is different: a digital colleague for an entire department, configured to roles and workflows and cross-system connected to your own ERP, CRM and documents. Answers come from your own information, with source references, in your context.
Workflow tools like Power Automate or the automation modules in AFAS/Exact work well within one system. BEP goes a step further: an Expert works cross-system, understands context (not just rules) and can make trade-offs based on documents, policy and history. For one isolated workflow, Power Automate is often fine. For a colleague that oversees multiple processes and picks up tasks autonomously, a BEP Expert is stronger.
